Northern Soul culture was built on passion — collectors hunting obscure soul 45s, dancers spinning till dawn, clubs like the Twisted Wheel and Wigan Casino. That spirit of no shortcuts, all heart is how we run the fryer.

We're a proudly British- and Irish-inspired chippy with roots in Manchester, UK. That little caravan — neon badge blazing — became the foundation of Northern Soul. Now settled in St Kilda, still serving authentic chippy tea. Sorted.
